My weight has been back up to 125.5. I keep gaining and losing the same 1.5 lbs. I need to change something? So I tested my blood after 4 days of higher carbs. Approx 10 grams or more higher. My ketones where 2.2!
I noticed a huge improvement in sleep except for last night when I woke up a lot. Not for long though... also my hot flashes are almost completely gone since last Monday's huge surge all night long...
125.5 lb Lost so far: 26.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
