I think Ketosis is working well I've dropped most of the last several days since getting back to my carb limit of 15-20%. I went up 0.2 today but, tomorrow will be the proof If I break into the 320s. good workout today. keep going.
230.4 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
