Back down to 124. Trying to get below this plateau. Yesterday I did change it up. Bulletproof coffee, decaf w/hwc and then 4 bacon & 2 eggs. I was OVERLY FULL!! That was all before 8am. I ate dinner at 3:30 and liked that I got to eat all my carbs then! Maybe that's the secret? But I slept terrible last night! Horrible hot flashes until around 3:30am but I ended up sleeping till around 6am. Ketone check at 2:30pm 3.2! I've been consistently between 2.6--3.2.
