Not succeeding,spiraling down hill ;{{{ Bike got stolen, so now I'm forced to walk more, which yes is a good thing. But, my motivation is gone ;[ With the looong wkend, I ate too much, drank waaay too much Diet Coke, NOT exercising, NEED motivation to get back to it.
HELP PLEASE!!!!
195.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you can ALWAYS replace a bike. Bad things happen sometimes but you have to keep praying and moving on. We CAN'T replace you:) keep going!!!!

You can do this, it is the hardest thing you can do no doubt, but there is nothing, NOTHING more important than you and you health.... YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!!!!! Don't give up, we are all behind you rooting you on!!!!!
