16% BF

How strange is this? I actually lost weight while away and eating whatever I wanted. I wonder how much of it is water? Now back and home and using the same scale and same methodology as before to try to be consistent. I won't be surprised if tomorrow it jumps back up again.

While in Japan, I think I walked around and carried the kids a lot more than usual. That probably balanced the lack of explicit gym exercise, but I need to get back in soon.

My current goal is to try to hit 12% BF according to the scale. It doesn't mean losing weight at this point, though I probably could try for 130lb.
132.7 lb Lost so far: 17.3 lb.    Still to go: 17.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Body fat percentages on a scale are really not very accurate at all. If you really want to know what your % is you need to do a skin fold test. I had a scale like that before and the % went up and down WILDLY on a daily basis, and it is just not possible for an inanimate object to hit it right on the money just based on an equation. There are too many variables, and your body fat doesn't go up and down that quick.
