Yesterday was my first day working out with help from Nichole. Feel pretty good still, but know I'll be hurting by later today. Back to the gym though, arms getting a workout today.
203.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
