Down another lb, good - but Memorial weekend is coming up. Planning a healthy, low-cal Memorial dinner for Monday, and I really would like to make a reasonable cheesecake. My hubby found a recipe on FatSecret that is super low-carb, unfortunately I need a springform pan. I have one, but it's packed up in storage. What to do, what to do ....
148.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
