Weighting in this morning only because I'm going to do a carb up tonight before core yoga 😊 I'm hoping this will give me a boost. I was feeling hungry yesterday after dinner and a little bit today after my bulletproof. It could also be from boredom 😜 I'm going to do my weight routine and then get out and walk. It's been gloomy for too many days
124.5 lb Lost so far: 27.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
