yay! I apparently lost two pounds. It still might be a fluctuation, but I hope not, and I don't think so. Last night after I wrote I got up and had some cocoa spice tea with soymilk. That satisfied my tongue for a while but was still unable to sleep until I had a tlc cookie. Either I really need those supplements (or just more tea? :) or I am going a tad too far with this. It may be that I've not been able to keep up with the calorie level I had on the first day because of all the exercise I've been doing. That's probably it. But we'll see. I don't want to make assumptions. I'm feeling a tad dehydrated this morning from only having two of three waters yesterday. I was in Naples all day and that kept me out of my regular routine. Plus I guess I forgot or was in a hurry in the morning. I hope today goes a lot more slowly. I love slow days where I'm at my luxury to follow my body's needs.

I hope its just the hydration factor, but I'm concerned that my bfp is higher rather than lower than last measurement. God, help me do this so that my bfp goes DOWN!!!

p.s. I look great today! :)
