I had a few days when I was way under calories this week. Sort of felt like the loss should have been bigger this week but it still a good thing and the past few weeks have been good. small loses can add up quickly if I keep it up every week. I am not feeling great today, I feel a little low on energy. still trying to adjust to sleeping with a CPAP. last night I slept better than the last several weeks but still feel a little out of sorts. congratulations to myself for the past three weeks in a row having a loss. For awhile there it seemed like each week would be a loss then a gain then a loss then a gain etc. so keep it up and go for more bike rides. I want to do yoga once per week then ride during lunch around down town then maybe a big ride on sundays. keep up the good effort.
268.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
