I have been extremely bad over the holidays. And i gained back a lot of my weight. I am starting over from the beginning. And this time i will get to my ideal goal.

253.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 53.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 3.3 lb a week

I think the holidays usually puts a heavy burden on everyone to some degree. Keep your head up and hang in there. I think you'll do fine.
