1/30/12 - Weight - 201 I cannot continue to gain weight. My plan is to do Akins until I lose 20 to 25 lbs. Then do a low calorie, low-fat and see how that works.
2/27/12 - Weight 191 Started going to Zumba Classes at Thomaston Health Spa.
3/1/12 - Went to Zumba Classes for 3 days this week. Great workout. Adrian and I walked for an hour today.
