Took a furo this morning after the scale went back up to 142.+. It went down to about 140 when I pooped 3 times and is 138.+ right now due to the furo. I have to get serious about snacking at night and WALKING!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
