My pants are fitting so much better, no hunger today.. Bulletproof for breakfast (after 14.5 hour fast) Bulletproof decaf for lunch. No hot flashes last night even though I was up for a long period at some point. I'm having a hot flash as I type (first one today 2:15)
126.0 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
