Alright, I am back - fell off, fell down, I now have my youngest child full time, a blessing, but cooking has me eating right along side a growing teen... that has to stop, back to the diet, back to working out.

After all that work, I find myself saying it again, I really do not like losing weight that I had lost already!

257 or so... I will weight in next Monday to get on track, then start posting daily here. This site DOES help, just keeping track, keeps you on track.
