Only half a kilo in two weeks, but I'm still happy after the recent eating and drinking weekend and then eating out on Mother's Day and on Monday as well. Also considering I only managed two good strength workouts it is not too bad. I would love to get to 63kg by next Friday, but need to get into motivation mode again for this week and try not to blow it all over the weekend. Have a good one everybody!
141.5 lb Lost so far: 48.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
