Okay, a new month... my goal for this month is 15 pounds which will put me at 250. That would be 33 pounds lost. I am VERY GOOD with that!!!
265.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 100.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
