Still at 126 but I'm ok with it. I started doing some yoga in the mornings with a little balance practice. Also my little bits of weights. Squats, curls and tricept. Doing great w/14-15 hour IF. Bulletproof coffee the2 meals. No hunger. Feeling more energy for the most part. Hmm I just measured and my hips are 1/2 inch smaller and so is my waist. My turquoise cords felt a lot less tight. Hopeful!
126.0 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
