When did you start working out twice a day. When you first start an exercise program or change your current one, your muscles can retain water to help them heal (they get tears in the muscle fibers). Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight. You should also look at your diet. Are you eating the right amount of calories to help you lose? Are you staying hydrated (very important if you work out alot)? Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies (protein helps build lean muscle and helps you lose fat)? Are you eating too many processed foods (contain a lot of sodium)? Are you losing fat/inches? Sometimes we don't see the scale move, but we go down in sizes. If you just started working out twice a day, then give your body time to get used to the new exercise. You will see the benefits from it, but it could take a couple of weeks.
