Frustrated! The health club got a new scale. When I step on it to see my number privately, it always shows a pound lighter than when I step on it with my nutritionist present! I told her the number was lighter the first time and she didn't believe me. I stepped off, waited about a minute, and tried it again...and ep, back to the first number (the lighter one)! She said it just depends on where the fluid is in your body at that moment...but my thought is...does that matter, when you are standing on the scale? It is on commercial grade carpet, so that may be causing the confusion. Still, I thought I did great...and the number didn't show it...and then to be criticised for questioning the scale...made me feel bummed!
277.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
