A week at work means I will meet most of the challenges. This week will be interesting as we have Wednesday and Thursday off and then go up to Scotland socialising over the weekend, I'll weigh myself before we go and then on return :)
119.0 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
