Finally! Reduced calorie intake goal from 2400. To 1500. Stayed very close all week except one and fought through extra steps and dug out the recumbent bike. 🥗🏃🏽‍♀️💦🚴🏻🏋🏼👩🏻‍💻👩🏻‍💻👩🏻‍💻🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢💪🏻😃
289.8 lb Lost so far: 33.2 lb.    Still to go: 104.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
