Haven't weighed in yet but each day I've felt better 😊 Today I had energy all day. I tried to nap with John. He slept and I didn't!! Shocking 😉 Tested yesterday at 2.1 Sex drive is back too. Everything seems to be happening at once this week! I had 4 tough yoga classes and felt energized by all 😀
126.0 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
