volunteer dinner last night, I ate two helpings of mashed potatoes and a small funnel cake. it was really good, I adjusted my calories that morning to splurge last night. watch to see if this 3/4 of a pound bump was normal flux or because of the carbs. still at 2000 calories for the day. keep going, it will take time. I've lost 5 lbs in two weeks, be thankful, and keep up the good work.
235.4 lb Lost so far: 19.9 lb.    Still to go: 70.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
