Tuesday, 5/9/17 Steps = 17,015
Another okay week including the realization that I can have a small 'cheat' day and still have a loss. I'm starting to think that mixing things up a bit helps with progress. Some days I think I'm a little low on calories and then last week, I had a day when I probably had around 1,800 calories. The net result for the week was fine. Another discovery seems to be that I can replace food calories with alcohol calories on occasion. Nice to know!
