With today's weigh in I was sure that scale was broken. But know, I weighed myself during the day and the weight went up!

This is day 4 of that Dr Oz Diet.

No sore joints, lots of energy, clearer focus! Amazing how food can affect your body. I really believe in the leaky gut syndrome by now. More and more studies are showing that food will do you good or do you harm.

I'm glad by this woe's simplicity.

I've also been repeating a mantra to myself.

'un petit peu suffit, trop nuit'. which translated means 'a bit is enough, too much hinders'. That's been my problem. Too much, even of good things can be bad.

Making a salad, I make a salad with every healthy thing I can find to maximize it's health impact. So I end up having 8 or 9 ingredients in a salad, all very good, but just too many calories, even if they are all good. I've discovered I'm like that in everything. It has to be the max. If I start exercising, I'll exercise everywhere I can. If I start working, I'm working all the time. It's always all consuming. I just love everything to pieces...lol

I need to stand out of my comfort zone. I need to have just a little bit and trust that it's enough...
172.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
