Back on track, I believe. I have just one month left to my big 4-0 birthday, time to really step it up! I've always worked better with a deadline :)

This morning I had egg beaters (30 cal), and english muffin (120 cal), with some homemade strawberry jam (didn't put on much, so going to guess 50 cals), my green tea (0 cals) with a bit of honey (? cals, maybe 25?).

I feel full and sweet tooth satisfied at just over 200 calories.

I cooked up two chicken breasts, cutting off all the fat to give to my dog. I cooked up a pot-full of broccoli, with some green beans tossed in. These I took to work, and they will feed me for 3 days for lunch.

So I'm pretty much back on the 17-day diet, except I don't have the plain yogurt, but I do have an Activia yogurt I'll eat as an afternoon snack.

I just made up my pitcher of flavored water (10 calories for 2 Quarts) and I plan to drink the whole thing before leaving work today.

I can do this!
224.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 84.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week
