I lost 1 pound this week, but I did have a big junk food day yesterday and I am back on the trail today. It's funny but this time everything feels different like I can manage my eating better. It no longer feels like my appetite is out of control. I have this site to thank for it. Every time I feel the urge to shove something in my face I realize I can't because I have to record it in my food journal. That would mean everyone else would know that I am not sticking to my diet and I can't lie to other people so I can't eat the food. Confusing I know but it makes sense to me. Thank you fatsecret!
204.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
