Oh my goodness, I ate way tooooooo much today. It was supposed to be my junk food day but I went over the line. I feel sick because I haven't eaten this much in all week and my poor stomach is paying the price. Serves me right, maybe this will remind me why I should eat less and eat healthy. Tomorrow I am back on the wagon and I don't think I will be eating this way anytime soon. Tomorrow is my weigh in. I hope I didn't mess it up too bad.
