I weighed in today and lost 2 lbs. I hope to keep up the weight loss. I have my 2 month appointment, after the birth of my daughter on thursday.

193.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job! I started this site after the birth of my son. It is a great way to keep encouraged and get a little adult interaction, especially when you stay home with the kiddos all day like I do.
