Well, whatever I am doing is finally working. I stopped eating full meals and starting snacking all through the day. Healthy snacking. High protein! If I want chocolate, I eat it just not 10 pieces in one sitting. Cut out dairy, only almond or coconut products.
190.1 lb Lost so far: 6.3 lb.    Still to go: 40.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.7 lb a week
