Tried hard yesterday and the day before! Had FF Greek yogurt with sprouts/seeds today, coffee with soy milk. Going to Pilates Mon, Tues and Wed. from 5:30-6:30 regularly but need cardio badly. Tinketbell...I need to walk my puppy when I get you!
140.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.7 lb a week
