Bloating completely stopped last night.
Yesterday morning i felt weak, and i felt that my body was detoxing.
i decided to fast most of the day, and took dinner in the evening.
And ended my evening intake with Herbal Hot Tea with Raw Honey.
My body has responded really well. =)
135.4 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
