Don't eat ice cream it isn't really worth it. but remember this is my first consecutive days at weighing in. so be patience with yourself and keep going. this is a good start.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
