My Dr's office scale was off from my home scale and I weighed fully clothed. I've adjusted my whole weight goal and entry down 5 pounds to reflect that so I've lost almost 4 pounds in a week. excited!
236.4 lb Lost so far: 18.9 lb.    Still to go: 71.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
