4th's Journal, 29 April 2017

Moon here. So! I ate just once each on Thursday and Friday. My Wednesday shift, my lunch was technically at midnight so I entered for Thursday but it was "Wednesday food" if that makes sense. Still tracking, other than herbs and spices I put on food as seasoning. Within the next ten days I should be ready to go to keto-only. I want to get the tracking part of my habits first.

I think dinner tonight will be scrambled eggs and bacon. I'll try with spinach or with fish as was recommended to me by FSers here.
297.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 170.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Poppy, I ended up not thawing the rainbow trout out, so it's on my TO DO list. I was sick and ended up sleeping instead. Then this morning I just put herbes de Provence on eggs. but TOMORROW IS FISH. I have some trout and salmon both, in 90g servings I think. I'll have to toss into fridge tonight. Minitata I think it's the fasting I've been doing LOL. I am currently dehydrated so the weight down today (.4lb) is probably water alone.

Just to point out.. I use smoked salmon slices, which heat thru easily , or precooked trout or salmon fillets/flakes . That's why I love my dish and scrambled eggs breakfast.. tasty and easy. Good luck 😁
