Wow, in just 2 months I have dropped 21 pounds and 25 inches. Thank you Mr. Treadmill and Herbalife. I have slowly been transfoming our kitchen pantry...getting rid of the processed foods and 'empty calorie snacks'. They are being replaced with nuts and whole grain foods, and my refidgerator has not seen this many fresh fruits and vegetables since we bought it 10 years ago. I have never liked the terms 'diet' or 'lifestyle change'...instead I prefer to call it my nutritional plan...even though it technically is a lifestyle change! LOL! Thanks to you Fatsecret people who post your thoughts or tips. I do read a lot of them and have gotten some good pointers from you! :)
279.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
