This is proving to be tougher than I wanted it to be. Staying around the same but up and down and sadly up at the moment! More focus required me thinks.

Nice long weekends to you all!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know the feeling, maybe set yourself a short term target and remember why you're on this journey, keep your motivation up!that works for me when I'm getting stuck U can do it
