I did not lose any in the last 4 days but I am still losing inches so I am happy .
323.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 143.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like your converting fat to muscle. Muscle weighs more but doesn't take up as much room. lol

That's what you want. Autophagy where your body eats itself - sounds gross but it's good to recycle
