Weighed myself Friday morning instead of Monday morning. I really don't follow any diet on weekends. I'm bad that way. Everything I lost as of Friday morning, I gained back as of this morning. Talk about a yo-yo.
152.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
