Wow! I did not expect this weight! I usually don't lose so much in one week. I really tried not to eat over my 1200 calorie budget and tried to not to eat extra sweets or empty calories. I did eat some treats. I still need to eat more vegetables! I will try to eat more veggies this week and see what happens.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
