I did better when there was money on the line to loose. Anyone want to bet a couple hundred bucks?
183.9 lb Lost so far: 22.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

LOL... A couple fishing buddies bet 100.00 bucks each that we had to loose 25 lbs...That was just enough motivation because I don't have the 200.00 bucks to loose. That bet is what made me get online to look for a calorie counter..and that is how I found FatSecret. We all won the bet buy the way so no money exchanged hands...but now that its over I have not done very well.
