Today is day 1 of my get my shit together and lose weight plan. I have a significant amount of weight to lose but with time, dedication, and consistency I know I can do it. My goal weight is 147 by June 12th and 140 by August 12th. So in 7 weeks I have to lose 20 pounds. I can do it! Ready, set, GO!
167.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
