Well, this afternoon was the time of the month for me. So it doesn't surprise me that my weight is the same as last week. I did exercise farther this week also. Did more jogging. My clothes fit a little looser too. I realized after some reading that I need to eat more veggies. So, I got some cabbage and broccoli and will steamed them. I put my broccoli in a plastic baggy after steaming it, add a little salt and eat it cold. It is a great snack.
