What the HELL!!!! Watching what I eat. Planning for meals that are more calories by eating extra carefully the rest of the day and I gain weight!!!! What's that all about?!
207.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
