a very nice day today, John and I went to Altamonte Springs to the Polish Deli and bought a bunch of stuff for Nonnie. after that, we had lunch at the Elephant Bar. It was a very nice place and my rare tuna over a salad was great. John enjoyed his mushroom bisque and coconut shrimp. Walked to CVS to get a battery for my garage door opener. it was a beautiful evening for a walk.
272.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 107.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
