Haven't lost no weight for 3 weeks so i didn't see the point in putting my weight up. I have no idea why my weight has stayed the same for 3 weeks im not eating over my calories and im still exercising as much as i can at home.

Maybe it's "what" your eating and not just how much. All calories are not equal. Protein helps you lose weight, lose fat, and build muscle. High fiber foods help you lose fat and keep you satiated longer (along with protein). Focus on getting more lean protein, lean dairy (shown to help reduce belly fat) and fruits and veggies. Lower your intake of processed foods (contain tons of sodium). Stay hydrated! (flushes out sodium). Give yourself a treat each day that you enjoy, but keep the other meals healthier. Food is fuel for your body and cookies and donuts don't fuel it well. You can lose weight eating things that aren't that healthy, but it won't necessarily be fat that your losing. You will also lose muscle. You don't want to lose muscle because it's muscle that helps us burn calories and keep the weight off. It's also why men can eat more and still lose. If you start focusing more on fat loss, you will see big changes in your bodies composition, not just the weight. Add in some strength training/circuit training to really see results. You don't have much to lose, so you may need to be strict with your diet to get it off. Maybe try a week of 1300 calories a day and see what happens. Good luck!

That all makes sense Suzi thank you. I just need to research recipes with high protein and fiber in now.
