I was able to avoid caffeine the entire week and also cut the junk food down quite a bit. I really believe that eating home made dinner and bringing leftovers for lunch makes a huge difference. When I eat salty fatty fast food or drink soda it only makes me want more bad food. Going to yoga once per week has also been helping keep me feeling good. I would like to try to up yoga to twice per week and maybe some home yoga.
