This was an extemely though week. My weight was up all week. It seems that my body is trying to fight the weight loss.
259.9 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 83.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 18 February 2012:
3120 kcal Fat: 92.74g | Prot: 150.57g | Carb: 411.69g.   Breakfast: Joghurt Schokolade, Milch Drink 2.5%, Bio Bircher Muesli. Lunch: Erdbeeren, Flan Chocolat, Gruyère Ementaler Reibkäse, Sugo Bolognese, Muescheli (Ungekocht) (100g). Dinner: Erdbeeren, Rind Saftplaetzli (100g). Snacks/Other: Joghurt Schokolade, Vegetabil, Knaeckebrot Exquis Sesam. more...

Hang in there. I too have this constant fight with my body. I put in the hard yards at the gym and watch every little mouthful and my body still fights against me. But if I hang in there, I do prevail - it eventually comes around. Hang in there - keep fighting and I promise eventually it will kick into gear. The key is to keep on fighting and not give up
