my doctor's scale weighs me much less than my scale at home. It took me until now to catch up with the loss his scale showed. today I was really craving red meat. specifically a big cheese burger. So I let myself have one. already planning my healthy meals for tomorrow so I don't even see a splurge meal as a setback.
